- Keep the drone in visual line of sight.
- Max groundspeed 100 mph (87 knots).
- Civil twilight / night: anti-collision lighting visible 3 statute miles.
- Remote ID broadcast required (built-in or module) unless at a FRIA.
- Min visibility 3 statute miles; stay 500 ft below / 2,000 ft horizontally from clouds.
- No flying over people or moving vehicles unless rules allow it.
